Liverpool set to beat Real Madrid for both Bellingham and Fernandez
According to Mundo Deportivo, Liverpool are likely to beat Real Madrid for the signing of both Jude Bellingham and Enzo Fernandez.
The two clubs are in the race for the midfielders, with Bellingham being the preferred option for both.
However, Liverpool have accelerated their pursuit of the England international. It's claimed that even Real Madrid are aware that Bellingham's move to Anfield is all but a done deal.
Meanwhile, Fernandez already has an agreement with the Reds over personal terms and reportedly prefers a move to Merseyside as well.
It's worth pointing out that Mundo Deportivo is a Barcelona-based media outlet. So, the report that says that Real Madrid face a big transfer failure should be treated with some caution.
As for Liverpool, it remains to be seen if the club will be able to finance two such massive transfers in one summer. Both Dortmund and Benfica demand over €100m for their star players.
