“He Will Be A While, End Of Feb"- Potter Reveal Kante's Return Date

Graham Potter has given an update on N’Golo Kante’s recovery from hamstring surgery, stating that he’ll be back around March.

He said: “He will be a while, end of Feb, start of March. It was a surgery, so it is a minimum period of four months pretty much.

“I think my focus is to help him get back fit as soon as possible, everyone knows the quality he has. That is not in question, but it is about helping him get fit and back on the pitch, and looking forward to seeing him back playing football as we haven’t seen him.”

Kante had had a difficult season so far and was forced to miss the World Cup because of his injury too.

Barcelona are pushing to sign him as a free agent after his Chelsea deal expires in the summer and it looks like he might be interested in making the move as well.
