"He Needs To Follow His Path":Mbappe Gives Priceless Advice To 15 Year Old Brother Ethan
France forward Kylian Mbappe shared his pearl of wisdom with his younger sibling Ethan, who made his senior debut for Paris Saint-Germain in a friendly last week.
Kylian, 24, the older of the Mbappe brothers, made his senior debut for Monaco at age 16, winning the World Cup two years later and has not looked back since.
He recently bagged eight goals at the 2022 World Cup, including a hat trick in the finals, continuously and progressively knocking on the door of footballing greats.
Returning to training just days after his World Cup heartache in Qatar, Kylian trained alongside Ethan, who impressed during PSG's recent friendlies, per 90min.
While it is certain Kylian will feature in PSG's first game since the World Cup break, another Mbappe - Ethan - could be thrown into the mix against Strasbourg on Wednesday, December 28.
Speaking to L’Equipe in 2021 as quoted by Mirror, he was asked what advice he’d give his younger sibling.
“I tell him: ‘stay calm!’ But he is calm. I am the older one! It is the story of life but he is completely different to me, whether that is in his attitude, his character, or his game.
“He needs to follow his path. But he will have something that I did not have: the pressure of a name.
"He will have to make a name for himself through his first name. The problem is that we have a similar faces and people think we are the same!”
Sports Brief earlier reported that with the World Cup now behind them, Kylian Mbappe and his younger sibling are enjoying their festive break.
