Barcelona sent a second appeal over Robert Lewandowski's three-game suspension to The Administrative Court of Sport in Spain.
Once again the appeal was dismissed by the court which means the striker will serve the ban. He will miss games against Espanyol, Atletico Madrid and Getafe.
Earlier this month, Barcelona appealed Lewandowski's red card at the Spanish Football Federation (the RFEF) but they lost the case.
Lewandowski was shown a red card for a second bookable offence in the game against Osasuna. However, when he was leaving the pitch, he made a gesture with his finger which the referee considered offensive. Lewy has pleaded his innocence.
Lewandowski has scored 18 goals and registered 4 assists in 4 assists in his 19 games for Barca this season.
