AC Milan Interested In Signing Chelsea's Senegalese GK Edouard Mendy
AC Milan are interested in signing Edouard Mendy from Chelsea, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
The deal being proposed to Chelsea is a short one which means the probability of it happening is low. But Milan have declared their interest.
Milan's first-choice goalie Mike Maignan has been struggling with injuries and Mendy is considered a quality replacement.
The Senegalese shot-stopper has lost his place at Chelsea to Kepa and is currently sidelined with a slight injury.
With Gabriel Slonina set to arrive in January, Mendy's role at Chelsea could further diminish.
