Ronaldo's mum shares post asking Ten Hag to 'f***off'

Cristiano Ronaldo's mum Maria Dolores Aveiro appears to have waded into the controversy over her son's interview with Piers Morgan where he publicly disrespected Erik ten Hag.

As per the Manchester Evening News, Dolores re-shared a post by Portuguese journalist Luis Osario, where he asks Erik ten Hag to f*** off for 'mistreating' Ronaldo.

Shared by Dolores, the post read: "As far as the Dutchman who has managed you in these last few months goes, I just want to laugh.

"How can you compare what you are to a miserable footnote in football history!

"As Alberto Joao Jardim says, tell him to 'f*** off'. I know you already have but it's worth reiterating."

Ten Hag has always supported Ronaldo in public interviews but he's faced a lot of backlash since the 37-year-old's interview aired.

The boss has already informed Manchester United chiefs that he won't play Ronaldo after the break.
