'Nobody had a heart attack': Klopp break silence on reported Liverpool sale
The press conference after the Derby County game was the first opportunity for the reporters to ask for Jurgen Klopp's thoughts on the rumours about the future of Liverpool.
The boss has thought to play down the worries, as per the Liverpool Echo's Paul Gorst.
"Chelsea got sold. We are looking for investors. It is completely different," Klopp said.
"As far as I know [FSG] are looking for investors and that makes sense.
"Whatever happens I am committed to the club. Nobody had a heart attack when they heard the news."
The Athletic's initial report claimed that FSG would be open not only to selling some of its shares but also to selling the club completely. In any case, this has the potential to create some unwanted uncertainty over the future of the club.
