Liverpool linked with Ajax forward Kudus — he scored against Reds in Champions League
Liverpool are keen on signing Ajax attacker Mohammed Kudus, reliable journalist Mike Verweij reports. He adds that Everton (of all clubs!) are 'fighting' the Reds for the Ghanaian's signature.
The 22-year-old has scored 10 goals and provided two assists in 21 matches across all competitions for Ajax. He scored the Dutch side's goal in their 2-1 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield in September.

Kudus is currently at the World Cup. On Monday, he bagged a brace in Ghana's 3-2 win against South Korea.
The Ajax man can play as an attacking midfielder, centre-forward and right-winger. Transfermarkt values him at €15m but he will likely command a higher price in the summer if he continues his good form.
