'Fab had to play through it all': Klopp explains Fabinho's dip in form

Jurgen Klopp shed some light on one of Liverpool's major problems right now; Fabinho's poor form. He stated that he's not too worried about the midfielder as it's 'completely normal' for players to go through ups and downs.

"There is no real explanation and no it is not because [system] is not an explanation," Klopp said. "Has he spoken to me about it? Not much, in a long career players have dips or whatever in performance, it is completely normal.

"Usually, you solve it by playing less often and stuff like this, but in our [injury] situation, Fab had to play through it all, so you get through it and get through it and at one point you can get back to yourself.

"That's how it is. If we have more options then we use [them] from time to time, it is to give him the chance to recover completely from the last game. It is how it is."
