The squad will travel to Dubai in December to play two games against top European clubs.
They’ll face Olympique Lyonnais on December 8, 2022 (19:30 GMT KO).
Arsenal will also be facing reigning Serie A champions AC Milan on December 13 in the final game of the Dubai Super Cup, with that being a 18:00 GMT kick-off.
Speaking about the reason for playing these games, Mikel Arteta said: “We’re looking forward to spending time together on the training pitch in a warmer climate. It’ll be a nice change of environment and a great opportunity for us to work hard and prepare for the second half of the season.
“Dubai is a fantastic place and the football facilities there are first-class. The Dubai Super Cup also gives us the opportunity to test ourselves against two strong sides in Lyon and AC Milan – it’ll be a great experience for the squad.”
Arsenal will be playing these games to pick up on some match fitness before the Premier League restarts on Boxing Day.
