3 clubs show interest as Madrid ready to part ways with Hazard next summer
Eden Hazard admitted that things have not gone according to plans for him at Madrid and would be willing to leave if the club wanted to.
According to SPORT, three clubs show strong interest in signing the player. Here we list them:
- Newcastle
- Aston Villa
- Juventus
The Belgian arrived in Spain more than three years ago, signing from Chelsea in a deal worth over €100 million, but failed to hit the heights expected of him, struggling with never-ending injury woes.
His prospects at Bernabeu seem extremely bleak thus far. Besides, the club wouldn't mind wiping his €30 million gross salary off the wage bill.
One of the aforementioned clubs is likely to be Hazard's next destination, with Newcastle looking the most suitable one.
The new Saudi owners could make a better offer for Madrid than Juve, let alone Villa. What's more, Eden, who spent his prime years in the Premier League, wouldn't mind coming back.
