'The answer is not Nketiah': Arsenal fans lose faith in Eddie after PSV disappointment

Arsenal fans didn’t like what they saw from Eddie Nketiah in the 2-0 loss to PSV in the Europa League on Thursday.

The English striker was barely involved in the game and failed to make any kind of a positive impact.

He still doesn’t appear to be a viable competitor to Gabriel Jesus and has only scored 2 goals in 15 appearances this season.

Some Arsenal fans on Twitter are unhappy with his output, as they reacted after the PSV loss.

WelBeast: “I don't know what the question is but I'm damn sure the answer is not Eddie Nketiah.”

Sonny: “Nketiah might have to join Lokonga on my fraud list.”

Sebastien Pedersen: “The lack of effort from Nketiah is the most frustrating thing about the guy. He jogs around like he plays every minute and then the actual starter, Gabriel Jesus, comes in and runs his ass off.”

Jay Madan: “Watching Nketiah is such a pain. Championship level player.”

LJ: “I wish arsenal fans stopped lying to themselves that everything the club do is positive, absolutely nobody with a brain lodged in the centre of their skeleton would’ve offered Eddie Nketiah £100,000 a week there’s nothing wrong with saying that, just be honest.”

AFCAbdul: “Giving Eddie Nketiah jersey No.14 is an insult to Thierry Henry.”
