Real Madrid already budgeted '€100m' for one player – he could cost even more

Real Madrid have set out a €100m budget for the signing of Jude Bellingham, according to Diario AS.

However, Bellingham may even cost a lot more than €100m as ESPN and other top sources expect him to be the costliest midfielder in the history of football. Madrid will probably have to pay €150m to get him.

What's more, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea have all shown interest in the 19-year-old. All that will drive up the eventual final fee for the Dortmund man.

The English midfielder is enjoying a great season with four Champions League goals already - 8 in all competitions after 18 games.

Los Blancos Blancos see Bellingham as a good replacement for Luka Modric whose current deal runs out in 2023.
