Manchester United Not in a rush to offer Rashford and David De Gea new contract

Ten Hag delaying decision on futures of Marcus Rashford and David De Gea

Manchester United will not be offering any new contracts to their players in the near future, according to the Guardian.

It comes from Erik ten Hag who has delayed the decision to award new deals to first-team stars Marcus Rashford and David De Gea.

Both players are set to become free agents at the end of the 2022/23 season although the Red Devils have an option of extending them for a further season.

Ten Hag is choosing to focus on performances as Man United enter a crucial run of fixtures ahead of the World Cup break in November. The renewal talks could recommence on 2023.
