'Makes the game look easy': Man United fans hail Casemiro after another impressive performance

Man United fans hail Casemiro after another impressive performance

Casemiro continued his superb run of form for Man United in their 3-0 win over Sheriff Tiraspol.

The Brazilian wasn’t involved in any goals, but he absolutely controlled things in midfield.

Casemiro won 2/3 tackles, 5/7 ground duels and made 7 possession recoveries. He also moved the ball around brilliantly and looked at ease with Christian Eriksen beside him.

This comes after his heroics against Chelsea where the midfielder scored a last-minute equalizer for the Red Devils.

United fans have fallen in love with Casmeiro amid his impressive form, as some reacted on Redcafe.

SmashedHombre: “Makes the game look easy. We’re wasting him in the EL.”

Pronewbie: “Killed off some of Sheriff's attacks quickly high up the pitch and played simple forward passes. Exactly what you want from a quality DM.”

RedTheBear: “Good as always, the only semi major issue that I cold point out is the sudden stray pass that he has in himself from time to time but it's counter balanced by literally every thing else that he offers so I guess we just have to get used to that. One of the first names on the team sheet for me.”

RedRash: “Fantastic player, we look like a completely different team compared to last season with him and Eriksen in midfield. We are finally controlling games.”

Al.gabiru: “Yesterday, a Brazilian sports journalist (Mario Marra, ESPN Brazil) said that "England discovered Casemiro. It seems the English media doesn't know how good it has always been. Casemiro has always been a world-class player. And in addition to trophies, he has better individual numbers than Kanté throughout his career (Whoscored), for example.”

Ali Dia: “He’s been really good. Hungry and with an infectious leadership energy and more than enough ability on the ball. I hope he can keep this up for a few seasons though and we aren’t left with another Matic situation and the club don’t invest in DM again for years.”
