Liverpool 'losing ground' on Jude Bellingham signing - face stiff competition from Man City
Liverpool appear to be losing ground in their pursuit of signing Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham next summer, claims The Telegraph.
Man City are strong contenders to sign him and will not sit idle to let their rivals get him over them.
Real Madrid have also emerged as interested in signing Bellingham to potentially replace Toni Kroos in the future.
Liverpool, who were initially regarded as the front-runners to sign the Englishman, have fallen behind and no longer have the favourites tag.
Dortmund are likely to demand over £100m to sell Bellingham next summer, which is an amount the Reds could be unwilling to pay.
Bellingham has made 17 appearances for the Bundesliga club this summer, scoring 8 goals and providing 2 assists.
