Liverpool interested in signing Frenkie De Jong in January
Liverpool are sizing up a move to sign Frenkie de Jong in January, according to Diario Sport.
Ideally, Liverpool would try their hardest to sign De Jong next summer. However, they won't mind picking him up in January if Barca are ready to sell.
De Jong has been in the rumour mills since last summer with Manchester United, Chelsea and now Liverpool all linked with the Dutchman.
Barcelona still have a hiccup regarding De Jong's high salary which means selling him is still not completely ruled out.
