"I will continue for one more year here [in Japan] and then we will see," Andres Iniesta has told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I would love to come back to Barca. It's my home. But I still don't know in what position: as a coach, a sporting director or someone else," the 38-year-old added.
Iniesta remains part of Japanese side Vissel Kobe. However, he has become more of a benchwarmer lately.
His current deal with the J1 League team runs until February 2024.
