'I had really tough moments ... Now I'm enjoying all the work': Kepa on upturn in form

Kepa Arrizabalaga was the best player in Chelsea's victory against Aston Villa on Sunday. The Spaniard made a number of saves, including denying Ings from point-blank range.

"We work on these types of things during the week, but then in the game it’s completely different," the goalie said about his saves, as quoted by Chelsea's official website.

"You have no time to think. You have to be ready because anything can happen.

"I’m feeling very well, with confidence, with and without the ball. Self-confidence and belief in your work, in what you’re doing, and belief in the process is very important.

"Of course I had really tough moments. I had really good moments, but in the end it’s like life. You have ups and downs and you have to be strong mentally, sticking with your ideas and keeping working. Now I am enjoying all the work."

Edou Mendy is fit but Kepa keeps starting games under Potter—it means the Spaniard is Chelsea's first-choice goalie at the moment.
