'Awful': Carragher slams one Liverpool player after Forest defeat, wants another player back 'ASAP'

Jamie Carragher was not happy with Liverpool's performance in the 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest.

After the game, the ex-Red took to Twitter to provide a brief analysis of the game.

He tweeted: "Steve Cooper has changed Forest in the last few weeks to be a lot harder to beat, tactically very good again today.

"Liverpool were awful, what is going on with Fabinho 🤯 Konate is needed back ASAP!"

Fabinho's form has been a concern pretty much since the pre-season: once the most reliable midfielder in the team, the Brazilian is not a regular starter anymore and fails to impress whenever he is on the pitch.

As for Ibrahima Konate, he is on course to recover from his injury next week - although Liverpool are being patient with his return.
