'Really, really excited': Chilwell reacts to first England call up since injury

Ben Chilwell was one of 4 Chelsea players called up to the England senior squad for the upcoming internationals and the defender was asked if he was delighted.

"Yeah, for sure," Chilwell said. "It’s been probably nearly a year now since my last call-up.

"Obviously I have had the injury, which has stopped me having the chance to play for my country for the past eight or nine months so [I’m] just really, really excited to be back and hopefully I can get some game time. It’s very exciting going into the World Cup.

"I think everyone is going to be go there full of confidence, excited, just looking forward to getting back together and working hard, leading into the World Cup."
