Thomas Partey missed Ghana’s recent game against Brazil after picking up an injury in the warm-up.
However, it has since been confirmed that by Ghana’s medical team that it was only as a ‘precautionary measure’.
Partey felt uncomfortable in his knee, which is why the Black Stars opted against risking further injury.
But, the Arsenal midfielder is fine now and should be ready to feature in Ghana’s next match against Nicaragua on Tuesday.
If he manages to get past that game unscathed, then the midfielder should also be available for Arsenal’s game against Tottenham Hotspur on October 1.
