Jorginho seems to aim clear dig at Tuchel ahead of Salzburg

Jorginho was asked about Thomas Tuchel accusing the Chelsea players of not showing the right mentality just before the German got sacked.

Jorginho responded: "We tried to do what we could and where it could go better. Unfortunately, it wasn't working anymore."

Coming out in a press conference to say the former manager's methods were "not working anymore" is the biggest indictment on Tuchel we've heard from anyone inside Chelsea so far.

Jorginho was one player who wasn't at his best in Tuchel's final Chelsea days - it's possible he could've received some strong criticism from the former gaffer.

What's more, the midfielder seemed in high spirits at the press conference, smiling from ear to ear, and even showing off a new Champions League tattoo.
