'I’m not satisfied': Takehiro Tomiyasu on lack of Arsenal game time
During a press appearance for Japan while on international duty, Takehiro Tomiyasu was asked about his lack of game time at Arsenal.
The full-back, who is yet to start in the Premier League this season, told reports: "What is required in this league is quite high and I’m not satisfied [with not playing].
"When you look at the players selected as starters in the Premier League games, you will understand what is required to be there.
"I will work hard in order to get my position back."
Mikel Arteta has relied on Ben White at right-back following William Saliba's brilliance at centre-back.
This has left Tomiyasu on the bench, with the 23-year-old only starting our Europa League clash against FC Zurich.
