'I will not comment, last time I got punished with huge fines': Tuchel on refereeing in West Ham game
Chelsea defeated West Ham 2-1 but the win was not without controversy. VAR chalked off a late Hammers equaliser, with Bowen adjudged to have fouled Mendy before Cornet scored.
"It was a clear foul on the goalkeeper," Thomas Tuchel said when asked about the late VAR decision.
"I had doubts about the first one - but I will not comment, last time I got punished with huge fines. You give your opinion, you will not be fined."
"It went in our favour, there's a reason it went in our favour. In my opinion, it's a foul. I won't comment anymore but what happened against Spurs was so obvious and I paid a lot of money for commenting so I won't do it."
West Ham scored their goal after a scramble in the Chelsea box.
While the Hammers supporters are angry with the VAR decision, Chelsea fans have every right to be unhappy with the referee not giving Antonio a second yellow for a blatant foul on Thiago Silva.
