"Since the first time he [Lewandowski] saw me, he told me: 'You're gonna give me lots of assists. He is a great leader'," Ousmane Dembele has told Mundo Deportivo.
"Robert is a very good man, he always laughs, talks a lot with everyone. He is 34 years old, has a lot of experience and is one of the best out there and you see it every day in training," the Frenchman also said.
Dembele has played 4 games alongside Lewandowski. The two have already participated in one goal together.
The Frenchman finished the 2021/22 campaign as La Liga's top assistant.
