Manchester United were monitoring a move for Cody Gakpo in the summer transfer window before eventually signing Antony from Ajax.

Cody did open up on his disappointment at not being able to move to Old Trafford. However, he's brushed that aside to focus on setting the field on fire this term.

Interestingly enough, Cody has outscored the likes of Erling Haaland and Lionel Messi, who have ranked third and fourth respectively.
