Arsenal 'hopeful' Partey will be fit for Tottenham clash - Sky Sports

Arsenal are hopeful that Thomas Partey will be fit to face Tottenham on Saturday afternoon, Sky Sports reports.

The Ghanaian midfielder has withdrawn from international duty minutes before the Brazil friendly to undergo assessment on a knee issue.

However, it's now understood to be only a minor injury which should be a relief to the club.

Partey already missed almost a month with a thigh injury earlier this season. He returned in the last game before the international break against Brentford and delivered a commanding performance in a 3-0 win.
