Smith Rowe names Arsenal player who gives 100% in training — not Odegaard

Emile Smith Rowe has named a surprising player who gives his 100% training every single time.

Speaking on Goal's YouTube channel, the Arsenal man explained: "I’m going to give it to Kieran Tierney, just because he has so much energy in every training session.

"He’s always putting in 100 per cent and that gives all of the players so much confidence and he just helps everyone all the time."

The 25-year-old has played thrice as a substitute in the Premier League this term but appears to be a real leader off the pitch.

Even though Martin Odegaard dons the captain's armband - and rightfully so - it's nice to see Arsenal have other players who lead by example.
