Manchester United Are Confident About Signing Ajax Attacker Antony

 

The Independent says a deal for the 22-year-old is almost entirely complete with just over a week until the September 1 deadline.

The only remaining obstacle in the deal is thought to be the two clubs agreeing a price for the player.

Ajax are believed to be demanding £75million for the winger who has relatively little experience, as United look to negotiate a lower fee.

Personal terms are thought to be wrapped up already and so, should the clubs manage to find a price that works for both parties, a deal for Antony should be completed swiftly.
