'Full agreement' between Everton and Man United for James Garner
Everton and Manchester United have reached a 'full agreement' for the transfer of James Garner, according to Fabrizio Romano.
On Wednesday, the Red Devils accepted a bid in the region of £15–20 million for the player who had been deemed surplus to requirements.
However, the deal is far from being completed with the Toffees yet to agree personal terms and contract details with the 21-year-old midfielder.
Other Premier League clubs are also interested in Garner but one thing is certain: he will not be a Man United player beyond September 1.
