Eric Bailly Transfer To AS Roma 'Being Finalised'
According to Calciomercato, a tier-two Italian source, AS Roma are on the verge of 'finalising' a transfer for Eric Bailly from Manchester United this summer.
Bailly appears to be up for a reunion with Jose Mourinho, who brought the Ivorian to Old Trafford back in 2016.
Bailly has been transfer-listed by United but it appears Roma will sign him on a loan deal. The signing-on fee could be around €8 million, as per the report.
Interestingly, there is no mention of whether an option to buy will be included in the deal.
As of now, Bailly is the fifth-choice centre-back at United - far behind the likes of Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez.
Calciomercato adds that Bailly has been liking social media posts by Roma lately, possibly hinting at a transfer.
