Cristiano Ronaldo's teammates have grown fed up with his behaviour at Man United
Manchester United's 4-0 loss against Brentford on Saturday hit hard, and Cristiano Ronaldo again made headlines for all the wrong reasons.
The veteran's behaviour has not been up to scratch, and it's now starting to take its toll on the dressing room at Old Trafford.
A number of English media outlets are even reporting that Cristiano's teammates, particularly the club captains, have grown tired of his carry on.
His attitude is thought to be unbearable, and he has been described as "a walking bad mood" by some close to the dressing room. It's clear that his presence is now having a detrimental effect on those around him.
Could Manchester United terminate Cristiano's contract?
Cristiano Ronaldo has one year left on his Old Trafford contract, and there arena reports that the club could look to call time on his second spell there.
The transfer window is open until the end of August, but Jorge Mendes has spent the summer trying to find a new club for the player as he remains keen to play in the Champions League. So far, though, nobody has been willing to sign him.
The club and player could find an agreement for a mutual termination. There is still one year to run on his current deal, with there being an option of an additional 12 months after that.
Now, though, it appears unlikely that he will be at the club for much longer.
