Chelsea working to sign Rafael Leao from AC Milan - Chalobah may be included

Chelsea are interested in signing Rafael Leao from AC Milan, according to The Times. The Blues may include a player in the deal and that's likely to be Trevoh Chalobah.

The Blues are on the hunt for a new striker to beef up their attack and could really sign the Portuguese after talks about the player was held last weekend.

Chelsea may end up paying less than the €70m the 23-year-old is valued at - if they pay a CAS-imposed fine the player owes from his time in Portugal.
