Chelsea Block Loan Move For Trevoh Chalobah - Fabrizio

Trevoh Chalobah will not leave Chelsea on loan this summer, Fabrizio Romano confirms.

The initial plan was to allow him to go out for a season to enjoy regular playing time if another centre-back is signed. That drew some interest from big clubs, like AC Milan, Inter and RB Leipzig.

However, Chelsea have now decided to block the move - even though they are closing in on Wesley Fofana.

The decision was made after Thomas Tuchel and Todd Boehly discussed the offers they had received from the foreign clubs.

On Saturday, Chalobah made his first appearance for the Blues this season, playing 90 minutes in a 2-1 win over Leicester.
