Ancelotti rates Tchouameni's performance as Frenchman inherits Casemiro role

The game against Celta Vigo was Real Madrid's first game after the departure of Casemiro, with Aurelien Tchouameni starting in his role. Here's what Carlo Ancelotti had to say on the Frenchman's outing.

"Tchouameni has very different qualities compared to Casemiro. I'm happy for him, he played well and enjoyed himself out there tonight," the Madrid coach has said.

Tchouameni was one of Madrid's best players against Celta. The 22-year-old registered 4 clearances, 1 blocked shot, 3 interceptions, 2 tackles, won 5/8 duels and completed 61/68 passes and 3/3 dribbles.
