Possible incomings

Frenkie De Jong - The midfielder still doesn't want to leave the club but his wages have proven to be a major issue for Barcelona, who want to offload him.

Chelsea have been interested in De Jong for quite some time and are willing to pay over £75m for him. However, the transfer will come down to if De Jong finally decides to leave Barca.

Wesley Fofana - At the moment, any deal for Fofana seems unlikely as Leicester are demanding over £80m for him, which would be the world record fee for a defender. However, he reportedly is pushing for a move to Chelsea.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: This transfer will depend on if Chelsea can match Barca's valuation of £21m. At the moment, they don't plan to do it although Auba is on board with a Chelsea move.
