'The level of commitment was simply not enough': Tuchel gives blunt assessment of Arsenal debacle
"I saw a team in Arsenal who are mentally committed to a level of exhaustion that we could not match physically and mentally because we have a lot of players who are thinking about leaving and looking at their options," Thomas Tuchel told a press conference after Arsenal

"I think it was not a structure problem. It was behaviour in the structure. That’s much more important. We need to be more lively and aggressive. The level of commitment was simply not enough.
"It’s not a moment to destroy my group because they are very nice and hard working but for today this is the honest analysis of the game. It’s not worth talking around this."
It is only a pre-season friendly, so overreaction is a real danger - but losing 4-0 to a top-four rival just two weeks before the start of the Premier League season is not a good look.
Judging by Tuchel's words, the Blues face a tough job at figuring out the futures of a number of players who were involved in the heavy defeat.
