Revealed: What Ten Hag told Eriksen about his role at United and potential De Jong link

Speaking on his Here We Go podcast, Fabrizio Romano shed some light on Erik ten Hag's role in convincing Christian Eriksen to join Man United.

Over the course of two conversations, the Dutchman told the 30-year-old that he trusts him to be a key player in a new-look United side.

Ten Hag also told the playmaker he sees him play together with Frenkie de Jong, also heavily linked with a summer move to Old Trafford.

Eriksen is set to be unveiled as a United player after he passes a medical and signs a contract.
