Revealed: Tuchel's latest stance on signing Ronaldo
Todd Boehly is keen on signing Cristiano Ronaldo this summer after the Manchester United star requested his club to let him leave.
As per The Independent, Boehly is working hand-in-hand with Thomas Tuchel, who has a say in all transfers this summer.
They report that at the moment, the ‘current feeling’ is that the Chelsea head coach has ‘little interest’ in pursuing a deal for the forward.
The report adds that given Ronaldo's age and his wages (reported to be over £500k a week), there is not a huge market for the Portuguese superstar.
Boehly does not want to sign any player that the manager doesn't want. Tuchel's stance might change in the near future, but as of now, a Ronaldo to Chelsea transfer does not seem likely.
