Juventus 'plotting Memphis Depay transfer swoop this summer'
Serie A giants Juventus have registered an interest in signing Barcelona star Memphis Depay during the summer transfer window, according to reports.
The Dutch international has been linked with a move away from the Nou Camp following the arrival of Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski.
Juventus will face stiff competition from Leeds and Manchester United in the transfer race to sign Depay this summer.
Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Lewandowski and Raphinha. They have also renewed Ousmane Dembele's contract.
Therefore, Depay could be at risk of falling further down the pecking order under Xavi - despite being Barcelona's top goal scorer last term.
The 28-year-old former Lyon forward found the back of the net 12 times during the 2021-2022 LaLiga season.
However, La Blaugrana are still prepared to offload Depay during the summer transfer window - according to Football Espana.
Xavi does not see Depay as a part of his plans for the 2022-2023 campaign and has reportedly told the forward to leave or face sitting on the bench next term.
Juve are hoping Depay will move to Turin, but they face stiff competition from both Newcastle and Manchester United.
