Fenerbahce fans chant Putin's name against Dynamo Kyiv, UEFA opens investigation
Fenerbahce hosted Dynamo Kyiv in the second leg of the Champions League Second qualifying round tie.
At one point during the game, Turkish fans started signing the name of Vladimir Putin, Russia's president who ordered a bloody invasion of Ukraine that saw thousands of people killed and millions fleeing their homes.
The chanting didn't help the Super Lig side as they lost 2-1 and Dynamo Kyiv progressed to the next round.
UEFA has said it will launch a disciplinary investigation against Fenerbahce.
