According to La Razon (h/t Marca), Ronaldo also takes Botox injections on his genitals.
The reason for undertaking such a medical procedure is not far-fetched. Ronaldo does it to increase the thickness of his penis by up to three centimetres.
The procedure is not risky, as per the source, as it can only last up to two years and doesn't require any stitches.
