Broja concerned about Chelsea's interest in Ronaldo as he decides if he should stay at Chelsea: The Athletic

As per The Athletic, there are numerous clubs willing to sign Armando Broja this summer, namely, Southampton, Newcastle, Everton and West Ham.

The forward has 4 years left on his Chelsea contract but does not want to spend another loan spell at another club. He would only be interested in signing a long-term deal at a club that can offer him consistent game time.

Chelsea's interest in Ronaldo is also a point of concern for Broja, who already would be battling a number of players for a starting spot at the club.

It is not clear if he will board the plane to the pre-season tour with Chelsea but Broja's representatives are hopeful of getting the situation resolved before that.

Todd Boehly is in contact with Broja's team but with the tour fast approaching, even if he does travel with the squad, it doesn't necessarily indicate that he would stay at the club.

Chelsea have continually maintained that Broja is an important member of the team and Tuchel wants him at the club.
