Ancelotti names Madrid's biggest problem vs Barca - numbers prove he's right

"We lacked quality in attack," Carlo Ancelotti said after the match against Barcelona.

"Karim Benzema is the best player in the world, you can say that when he doesn’t play, we miss something. Nobody can replace him."

Numbers prove the coach right. Real Madrid recorded nine scoring attempts against Barca, but none of those were on target.

In comparison, the Catalans had 16 scoring attempts and six shots on target. If not for the Thibaut Courtois heroics, the score could've been much larger.
