Ajax increase Antony price to €100m, winger wants 'dream' Man United move
According to Mike Verweij of De Telegraaf, a tier-one source, Ajax have increased their asking price for Antony from €80 million to a whopping €100 million including bonuses.
The high price tag is to basically defer interest in the Brazilian, with Ajax not willing to sell any more players.
However, the twist in the tale is Antony's stance on the transfer. He considers a move to Manchester United 'a dream' and is still pushing to join us.
Now, the ball is United's court - the Red Devils could either meet the price tag (which is ridiculously high) or negotiate a better deal with the Eredivisie side.
The advantage for United is, of course, Antony's desire to reunite with Erik ten Hag on the red side of Manchester.
Antony, 22, scored 12 goals across competitions last season and assisted four times.
