6 clubs that have already rejected Cristiano Ronaldo as he tries to leave Man United
Cristiano Ronaldo is running out of options as he hopes to leave Manchester United before the summer transfer window ends.
The 37-year-old scored 24 goals across all competitions last season but it appears his blatant refusal to play with United in the Europa League has not sat well with other clubs.
Here's a look at the number of teams who have rejected the chance to sign him this summer -
Chelsea: Boss Thomas Tuchel has confirmed publicly that Chelsea chose to focus on other targets despite new owner Todd Boehly's reported meeting with Jorge Mendes.
Bayern Munich: The move has been ruled out by two senior chief executives at the club. Need we say more?
Juventus: There have been links of a possible return to Juventus but the Serie A side are not looking for an ageing striker after signing Dusan Vlahovic.
Real Madrid: Ronaldo achieved some of his best milestones at Los Blancos but they have already ruled themselves out of the race.
Atletico Madrid: Cristiano was reportedly willing to accept a pay cut to move there but Atletico are no longer interested.
Paris Saint-Germain: And finally, you'd think PSG would jump at the chance of adding another superstar to their squad. Turns out, they are busy dealing with the likes of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi and are not interested in another big name.
