4 loanees show up for Real Madrid's first preseason training - only one may stay
Real Madrid officially kicks off their preseason today Friday 8th, at Valdebebas.
According to Arancha, five loanees returned to the team's first training session. The club may only have room for one of them.
Alvaro Odriozola. The right-back returns from his loan spell in Fiorentina last season. He's expected to remain at the club this season and be a backup for Dani Carvajal.
Takefusa Kubo. The Japanese forward was at Mallorca last season. Madrid will ship him out on loan soon.
Borja Mayoral. The striker returns from his brief spell at AS Roma. Real Madrid may ship him out in the coming weeks.
Reinier. The midfielder returns from Borussia Dortmund but he's not in Ancelotti's plans for this season.
