Tuchel Makes Contact With Sterling, Chelsea Preparing Opening Bid For City Winger

As per the reliable Matt Law of The Telegraph, Chelsea are preparing an opening bid for Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling.

Thomas Tuchel has already made initial contact with the player as per the reports, and the boss considers Sterling as one of his top attacking targets this summer.

Sterling is said to be looking for a new challenge since his diminished role in the City starting XI towards the end of last season.

If the 27-year-old is looking for a move due to football reasons and not for a higher wage, which seems to be the case, it would bode well for Chelsea to snap a player with his abilities.
