Man Utd Add Solicitor Keane As Specialist To Strengthen Transfer Business

Manchester United have roped in solicitor Tom Keane on a consultancy basis to aid their transfer ambitions this summer. 

The brother of Everton defender Michael Keane will help fill the void of Matt Judge’s departure, with the outgoing director of football negotiations leaving after a decade at Old Trafford.

United plan to source a permanent replacement in the upcoming months, but will lean on the lawyer from legal firm Brandsmiths in the interim. 

The company describe Keane as having “vast experience in the football industry where he has become a trusted advisor and representative for household-name players, managers and pundits. His work for these clients includes negotiating high-value transfers, contracts and endorsement agreements.”
